Meriem Briki

Engineer and community builder.
Making technology work for people.

Partnering with customers and teams to turn technical complexity into products people actually want to use. 3+ years building software; now seeking roles where I can own the full picture — from discovery to delivery.

I combine hands-on engineering experience with a deep interest in customer outcomes. I've built tools, managed enterprise accounts, and led product feedback loops — always focused on translating real needs into working solutions. I thrive in cross-functional environments and believe the best products come from genuine collaboration, not silos.

Builder. Connector. Fighting German gloom with color.

Tunisian engineer who landed in Stuttgart and decided the best way to survive the grey skies was to build communities and surround myself with warm people. I believe nobody is self-made — we grow together or not at all.

Building communities from scratch

I founded ProductTank Stuttgart and Women Glow because I needed them to exist. Now they're thriving — and I learned more from organizing than any course could teach.

Why I don't buy "self-made"

Every success I've had came from someone who helped, taught, or believed. Community over competition, always.

Teaching & tutoring

Nothing clarifies your own thinking like explaining something to someone else. I've tutored through school and still find any excuse to teach.

The psychology of everything

Give me a psych book and I'll disappear for hours. Understanding why people do what they do is endlessly fascinating.

Tabarka, Tunisia 1997

Where it all began. Born on the Mediterranean coast.

Tunisia 1997 – 2021

Engineering school, first communities, and the confidence that I could figure things out.

United States 2020

Thomas Jefferson Fellow. Selected from 8,000 applicants for a year-long program — then Covid hit and it became three intense summer months. Still packed more learning into that time than I expected.

Stuttgart, Germany 2022 – Present

Current home. Still decoding the German way of doing things — the directness, the planning, the Sunday silence. Finding it surprisingly fun once you stop resisting.

Learning AI tools and how to vibe code — building things faster than ever Reading Whatever psych book catches my eye next Building This portfolio — and sharing the journey as I go Practicing Yoga, patience, and saying no to dessert (failing at the last one)
01 Selected from 8,000+ applicants for a U.S. State Department fellowship — still pinching myself
02 Founded two communities in Stuttgart, and one Cultural association in Tabarka.
04 A cow chased me once and I've been traumatized ever since. Yes, a cow.
05 Incurable sweet tooth — if there's dessert, I've already thought about it three times
06 Speak four languages but still dream in a chaotic mix of all of them

Say hello.

Always up for a coffee, a collaboration, or a fun conversation.
